“A2z Onlinee sell & repair” is a unit of Hibyee Software Pvt. Ltd (“A2z Onlinee/Company”), having its registered office at #375/1 Tunga Ext, 7B, 7th Main Road, 13th Cross Rd, Sai Shakti Layout, Vittasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100 and is engaged in the business of selling/buying of used/pre-owned electronic gadgets including mobile devices, tablets, laptops, etc.
I accept the A2z Onlinee sell & repair quote in exchange for my mobile device, and I accept it.
I certify that the personal information and ID proof I provided to A2z Onlinee when selling my mobile device are genuine and accurate in every way. I acknowledge that the personal data I submit is governed by the Privacy Policy of A2z Onlinee.(Please take note that only the following will be accepted as legitimate ID proof: Aadhar Card, Passport, and other Government IDs bearing the person's Photo and Address.)
I acknowledge and agree that I am the rightful owner of the mobile device, and that it is not the subject of any third-party claims or liabilities or a target of theft or other illegal activity, etc. I acknowledge that as the sole and legal owner of the mobile device, I have the authority to transfer custody of it. A2z Onlinee won't be held responsible in any way for any legal action that may arise over who actually owns the mobile device.
I agree to defend A2z Onlinee, its officers, employees, directors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of claims based upon my actions or inactions, such as
(i) my access to or use of the Services,
(ii) my violation of these Terms & Conditions
(iii) the infringement by me, or any third party using my account. including but not limited to any warranties, representations, or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of its obligations under this agreement or arising out of the Customer's violation of any applicable laws, regulations, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. I agree not to settle any manner without the prior written consent/approval of A2z Onlinee. When A2z Onlinee becomes aware of any such claim, action, or proceeding, it will make reasonable steps to notify me. I agree that this obligation to defend and indemnify shall survive the termination, modification, or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Service and the Platform.
Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. I accept that all claims would be considered and resolved in Bengaluru courts. I release A2z Onlinee from any and all losses, claims, or damages arising from the data enclosed or stored in the device or on any media used in conjunction with it..
