Every mobile screen we repair or replace comes with a warranty from the date of the invoice at A2z Onlinee Repair. In addition, we offer warranties on all the additional replacement parts.


  1. not working as intended or as designed, or with an LCD or screen that malfunctions.

  2. If the screen we changed results in any of the aforementioned problems, you can request a brand-new screen with the ongoing guarantee of 

  3. Some screen problems that may arise without any manual intervention and are comparable to the display quality specifically touch  problems.



Please be aware:

  1. Only for the specific gadget that was fixed and the original client are covered by the warranty. It is not transferable across devices, if the device is sold, or if the device is given to another person.

  2. To process a claim request, a mobile phone must be turned on and operating normally, except from the screen.

  3. You will not receive any changed or used old spare parts.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If my issue is covered by warranty, how long will it take A2z Onlinee Repair to fix it?


From the time you send us a question, our team typically responds with a solution within 48 to 72 hours. Your email will receive a notice of our receipt of your inquiry, and we'll resolve your problem as quickly as we can.


Only the parts and/or services that were paid for are covered by the warranty. Only the replacement of the parts are covered by the warranty if only parts were purchased. If parts and repair services were bought, the guarantee also extends to pay for the labor costs of replacing the parts and any other repairs that directly follow the first repair.


The warranty is only applicable to the purchased parts and or services. If only parts were purchased, the warranty is only applicable to the replacement of the parts. If parts and repair services were purchased, the warranty is extended to include labor costs for replacing parts and any other repairs specifically caused by the initial repair.


Under the following conditions, the guarantee is not applicable:


  1. We do not provide coverage for any unintentional damage, and our warranty is not valid in any and all related cases. The warranty does not cover direct damage or damages caused from accidents.

  2. Any display faults that might occur without being directly caused and are connected to the screen quality, including visible lines and a blank screen

  3. Excessive Damage to the Device: When the device or screen has sustained significant or excessive damage, it's possible that internal components have been impacted. An significant amount of visible damage may cause internal components to become damaged, which could result in screen or other system faults. Any replacement item for which such damage is noted at the time the purchase is completed will not be covered by the offered warranty. As any component damage or malfunction would be noticeable after opening the device and reassembly, such faults could even become apparent right away. In such cases,A2z Onlinee Repair or any of its representatives would not be held accountable or responsible.

  4. Any further handling errors that cause the frame to bend, twist, or crack won't be taken into consideration.

  5. due to improper handling of the screen, such as a forceful or hard press that could cause lining or discoloration of the display

  6. accidental or intentional drops that occur later

  7. Water damage

  8. Tampering with device or internal hardware components


  1. Damage result from attempted customer self-fix.

  2.  Repair unrelated to the software issues

  3. Device which has been Jail-broken 

  4. Unconnected to initial repair and new damages

  5. Customers are recommended to back up all data before the repair attempt in case there is data loss as a result of the repair.


The results of a repair are also not covered by our warranty if certain pre-repair circumstances exist, such as:


  1. Existence of damage to the device frame, as noted prior to the repair

  2. Water damage

  3. device jailbreak

  4. Existence of previously identified manufacturing and/or performance problems with the device unrelated of the repair

  5. Internal hardware tampering: Under certain circumstances, internal damage could make a repair impossible.

  6. Once your device has been diagnosed by our professional, they will be able to explain in detail.

  7. We advise against trying to repair the device yourself if you have any doubts because any damage could make it less likely to be repaired.
